The Stewarton Bowling Club Live Wall allows attendees at selected Club events to upload photographs directly from their mobile device using the event QR code.
Uploaded photographs may be displayed on screens at the event in real time and may also be retained by the Club for future use.
By uploading a photograph to the Live Wall, you agree to these Terms.
By attending a Stewarton Bowling Club event, you acknowledge that photography may take place throughout the event.
Photographs submitted to the Live Wall by other members may be displayed on screens during the event and may subsequently be used by Stewarton Bowling Club for publicity, promotional and historical purposes, including:
The Club will exercise reasonable care when selecting photographs for future publication and will review images before they are used outside the Live Wall.
Anyone who has concerns about being photographed or appearing in promotional material should speak to a member of the Club Committee or contact the Club using the details provided below.

The Live Wall is provided as a complimentary feature for selected Club events only.
Stewarton Bowling Club may modify, suspend or withdraw the Live Wall feature at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any revised version will be published on the Website and will take effect from the date of publication.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
