Stewarton Bowling Club is looking forward to bringing the men’s outdoor bowling season to a fitting conclusion with the Gents’ Closing Day on Saturday 3 October.
The event will commence at approximately 2.00pm and provides members with the opportunity to come together for one final afternoon on the green before the outdoor season draws to a close.
Closing Day is always a popular occasion in the club calendar, combining friendly competition with the social atmosphere that makes Stewarton Bowling Club such a welcoming place for members and visitors alike. The event offers an opportunity to reflect on the season’s achievements, enjoy time with fellow bowlers and celebrate another successful year of outdoor bowling.
Members are reminded that there is still time to add their names to the entry sheet and take part in the day’s activities. Whether competing regularly throughout the season or simply looking to enjoy one final game before the greens close, all eligible members are encouraged to participate.
This year’s event will also include a charity raffle in support of the Heart Foundation, and the club would be grateful for any donations that can be provided to help make the raffle a success. The generosity of members and supporters will help support an important charitable cause while adding to the enjoyment of the day.
The club looks forward to welcoming members for what promises to be an enjoyable and memorable afternoon as the men’s season draws to a close.
