Stewarton Bowling Club welcomed players from Ayrshire and Glasgow for a highly competitive inter-county fixture, with Glasgow eventually securing victory by 178 shots to 153. The event combined competitive bowling with excellent hospitality and strong support from volunteers throughout the day.

Hugh Sharp was crowned this year’s Miller Trophy champion after defeating Clive Jelly in the final of the club’s annual tournament. The competition was held in memory of Robert Miller and attracted strong participation from members.

Stewarton Bowling Club welcomed Hurlford, Coylton, New Cumnock and Springside for an Ayrshire Cup competition played in exceptionally warm conditions. Although Stewarton was unable to secure victory, the day proved an enjoyable occasion both on and off the green.
