The Bonnet Guild Final on Thursday 27 August delivered an outstanding display of competitive bowling as Ali Gilbert and Allan Andrew emerged victorious in a tightly fought contest. Trailing 11–8 going into the final end, the pair produced an impressive four‑shot pickup to overturn the deficit and claim the title.

Their opponents, Kevin McMullen and Hugh Sharp, performed strongly throughout the match and were narrowly edged out by a single shot, finishing 12–11. The close scoreline reflected the high standard of play from both teams and contributed to an exciting and memorable final.

Following the conclusion of the match, Bonnet Guild President Jim Gordon presented the prize to the winning pair. The club extends its thanks to him for his support and participation in the event.
