The annual Sadie Sharp Triples brought an excellent turnout at the club on Sunday 2 August, with players delivering a competitive afternoon of bowls. This year’s title was claimed by the trio of Audrey Brown, Irene Rosbotham and Moira Byrne, who produced a consistent performance throughout the tournament.

Finishing as runners‑up were Moira Redmond, Sharon Leitch and Miami Logan, who also impressed with their play across the day’s matches.

The trophy presentation was carried out by Past President Joan Neil, who congratulated the winners and acknowledged the efforts of all participants. The club extends its thanks to every lady who took part, contributing to another successful staging of this long‑standing competition.
